Superb! I was waited on by 3 staff members and they were far above average. All 3 were personable, informative, paid attention to details and helped me find glasses I would love. They made me feel like I was the most important person there. My service here far surpassed the last 3 places I used. I'm very impressed. Thank you, All About Eyes!

Excellent service, even for non-customers. Repaired my glasses for free, as someone from out-of-town who'd dropped them on the road (getting out of the car after taking them off to better read a map) and had them run over. While I was waiting, I spent some time looking around at their selection of frames, which was extensive, and noticed that they had a lot of customers in the store at the time -- but enough staff that everyone was being helped. (I also got some guidance about what my insurance covers when -- knowledge they had offhand despite my being out-of-network!) I regret not having been in a better position to support this business -- but the people of Peru, IL are lucky to have them. :)

Dr. Neumann was great as always. She takes her time when reviewing my script which allows me to get the correct contacts and glasses. Alissa is always helpful in figuring out insurance info, to make sure we are using our insurance to its capacity. The team at All About Eyes is friendly and attentive.

Always overly pleasant staff at All about Eyes. My doctor took a lot of time with me and made my appointment very personal. After my very thorough exam with my Doctor, I was guided from the optical staff to the perfect frames that fit my budget. The optician was very helpful checking on my insurance coverage to help keep my co pay manageable.

Great time with the Doctor. He was very helpful for my 6 year old clingy hugging girl first time. He made it fun. She enjoyed it.

Very organized. Short wait time. Great customer service. These people all spoke very politely and had great enthusiasm in their tone. Everything was explained well. Prices were great and all in all a smooth ride. Great experience. I hope the staff continues. I will be back when need be

As a customer, I was very pleased with my appointment with the doctor. She immediately diagnosed what was the issue was with my eye. She provided me with what I needed to do in terms of prescriptions and care for the eye issue and it’s already making good progress in becoming healed. Everyone was very kind and courteous and professional.

All of the staff that I interacted with during my appointment were very helpful and courteous. While I was waiting in the waiting area filling out the paperwork I overheard a conversation the employees were having about dogs and I just jumped in like we had know each other for years. All my questions were answered and it was very quick and easy.
